Looks like Activision will pay big time in the court case. They just settled to the tune of 42 Million to the bonus payouts of Infinity Ward employees they stiffed, now they had the judge keep in evidence of an internal memo and testimony of a former Activision IT manager who the CEO and CLO asked to break into emails and find dirt to fire the two creators. Naughty boys.

Yep, and I have a feeling that in the next few years, everything will be on the "Free to Play" model. If you like it, now you have to fork over the cash to really play it, and probably subscription levels too.
